Praise/PrayerWe are pretty well filled for our next two-year course that begins at GSM in October. We have limited the number of people we accept to 60 because of limitations of facilities and grading help and also lack of funds for scholarships. We will exceed that limit in the next couple of weeks. We already have people from north, east, west and south in South Africa. We also have students coming from Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Nigeria and Malawi.

Please pray that the Lord will touch the hearts of people who can provide scholarship money that will make it possible for pastors who work in poverty riddled areas to come to our school. It costs about $300.00 a month for us to train these men - that amount covers tuition, books, housing, food, and the transportation to and from school. Some of them simply can't afford that amount and for most of them it is a stretch. So we must raise scholarship money from somewhere.

This week Sybrand DeSwart, one of our GSM students and a pastor in Robertson, called me and asked me if Carol and I would give permission for him to marry our daughter. We gave our approval.
